The Judge Group is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for a growing food manufacturer in Wisconsin. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for driving production control. The qualified individual will have the opportunity to join a rapidly growing business. He or she will have many opportunities for advancement through a variety of channels.

Responsibilities:
Drives production control
Implements standard operating procedures, safety, quality control, and performance management
Works closely with the Plant manager
Reacts and adjusts quickly to changing conditions and comes up with practical ideas for dealing with them
Embraces the concept that change is essential or progress within the organization
Takes part in new product and equipment launches
Performs all training and training cleaning procedures when necessary
Implements quality control documents when needed
Conducts all follow up training on an as needed basis


Requirements:
BS/BA preferred but not required
2
years experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in operations, floor supervision and/or maintenance supervision
MUST HAVE A FOOD MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND
High speed manufacturing experience
Strong technical background
Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience in large scale food processing, food service, bakery, pharmaceutical or any other fast-paced, automated facility
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong desire to coach and train others to improve performance


Salary: $50,000-$60,000
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
