Required Skills:
General corporate transactional experience
Flexibility to work on a broad variety of legal and compliance matters
Attention to detail
Strong business acumen to guide business-oriented legal solutions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant legal experience in a large national law firm
Member in good standing of the New York State Bar
