The Client Services Manager will enhance, develop and grow existing client relationships within a specific geographic territory, or as assigned. This includes building solid customer relationships and being their point of contact for questions and concerns, updates to account information, overseeing service delivery, fulfilling client reporting requests, facilitating billing inquiries, as well as identifying new business opportunities to grow the system and impact the health and well-being of the corporate employers we serve. Also responsible for promoting the CHS brand and CH&W; services as appropriate.
Essential Functions
Provides high level of proactive service to assigned clients to support client retention and to identify and assist with upsell opportunities.
Develops and maintains existing client relationships within a specific geographic territory or as assigned.
Collaborates with Sales and Wellness teams within Corporate Health & Wellness, and other CHS departments to assist in the creation of client proposals and additional services.
Updates client account information (i.e., employer contacts, addresses, phone numbers, services requested, facility changes, health care and/or workers' comp carrier or TPA changes) by updating databases and distributing to all parties (sales rep, IDX, facilities, MRO).
Works closely with internal teams to identify growth/upsell opportunities for existing clients, and present to client, as appropriate and in accordance with the sales process guidelines.
Communicates on an established basis with targeted clients via phone calls, visit or other means of communication to ensure satisfaction with the service, quality and care received.
Responsible for educating corporate clients on quality initiatives of the system that will benefit them and their employees.
Analyze and review aggregate data from Health & Wellness Program reports to identify areas of improved health for clients' employees.
Provide needs assessment of corporate clients to identify the ongoing needs of their employees.
Improve internal CHS relationships with corporate clients to grow volume and build mutual relationships for continued health and wellness initiatives.
Accountable for accuracy and maintenance of all reports.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external clients.
Time management skills and ability to work under deadlines. Excellent follow-through skills.
Promote and develop productive relationships within other CHS departments (i.e. Legal, Finance, Operations, IDX, Billing, Marketing).
Physical Requirements
Must be able to spend the majority of the day sitting at a desk. Must be able to lift documents and supplies up to 25 pounds.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Requires excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all departments within CHS, as well as the business community.
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate health or wellness, healthcare sales or healthcare client management.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Valid NC or SC Driver's License is required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
