Counsel - Ethics and Compliance
The candidate will play a vital role in the accomplishment of company?s Ethics and Compliance Program goals by: assisting company with maintaining compliance with all laws, regulations and company policies in the Americas region (North and South America); promoting an ethical culture consistent with the values and principles in company?s Code of Business Conduct; and building trusting relationships with internal stakeholders, employees and others who have an interest in advancing the goals of company?s Ethics and Compliance Program. Oversee key components of company?s Ethics and Compliance Program for the Americas region including risk assessment, policy development, training and communication, anti-corruption initiatives, third-party compliance, monitoring and investigation, and program evaluation and improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance-relevant topics such as anti-corruption and the Code of Conduct by providing guidance to colleagues across the region. Develop, administer, evaluate, track and ensure the completion of Ethics and Compliance training, including managing vendor relationships and working cross-functionally with Human Resources, Global Business Technologies, Internal Audit, Finance, Supply Chain and others to develop effective and continuously improving training methods. Monitor applicable laws and regulations and evaluate trends to recommend and implement appropriate strategy and program enhancements, with particular emphasis on considerations in Latin America. Effectively manage complex projects, such as company?s Records and Information Management Program and Third-Party Due Diligence Program, across functions (e.g. HR, Supply Chain), regions and coalitions (business units). Develop communication tools to inform employees and other relevant stakeholders about Ethics and Compliance initiatives. Prepare and present periodic reports and presentations to stakeholders and employees regarding various subjects, including the Ethics and Compliance Program and compliance-related topics.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
