The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and on-going support of EDI centric business applications and data automation processes for our clients.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Participates in the design, construction, installation and troubleshooting of servers hosting Windows and BizTalk systems to meet the functional objectives of the business
Develop BizTalk applications for processing EDI transactions
Develop BizTalk applications for connecting internal and external systems
Participate in the design and planning of the BizTalk infrastructure changes
Participate in capacity and resource design, assessing environmental risks and contingency support
Develops and/or revises design documentation
Responds to critical issues off hours as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of BizTalk architecture and implementation models.
Minimum 3
years BizTalk development with Visual Studio 2008/2010/2012 and C# and .NET
Proficient at CSV, flat files, EDI (X12, EDIFACT), SQL or XML or other related data or file structures
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of BizTalk administrative capabilities and application deployment
Knowledge and experience of BizTalk installation, application development and components
Knowledge and experience of BizTalk internal functions i.e. orchestrations, send ports, tracking, etc.
Strong knowledge of BizTalk architecture including BizTalk database backend support
Ability to understand and translate BizTalk server error messages and troubleshoot.
Working knowledge of SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
Ability to document all work-product, per clients best practices and standards.
Ability to function is a fast paced, project driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to interact and effectively communicate with internal executives and managers, project managers, and developers.
Experience or business knowledge within the intermodal transportation industry is highly desirable.
Must be able to develop custom BizTalk components in C#.
Must be able to troubleshoot WCF services.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
