The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company located in Allentown, PA. The qualified individual will function as an account full service representative for customers across all markets.
Responsibilities:
Responds to all customer, independent sales rep, or internal inquiries regarding orders in all stages
Manages all account paperwork
Handle all order entry quickly and accurately
Contributes to building sales by quoting and closing sales from inbound calls
Executes all order entry and verification of orders for correct programs, pricing, terms and freight
Recommends revisions as necessary to sales staff
Handles routine correspondence with Independent Sales Reps, including mail and e-mail
Establishes a communication link between sales and production to facilitate routine exchange of information to ensure superior service levels
Handles all inbound calls and/or forwards inquiries to appropriate staff
Responds with urgency to customer requests for pricing or order placement information
Assists in reviewing account requirements manuals
Oversees distribution of essential parts to relevant in-house personnel
Coordinates implementation of customer private label artwork, special packing reports and labeling requirements
Functions as back up to Operations in maintaining Bill of Materials Master
Performs other functions as required
Requirements:
Minimum of Associates Degree or equivalent industry experience
2 plus years of experience in the customer service, sales and/or training fields
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
ability to write routine reports and correspondence
ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees in the organization
Ability to impart instructions and direction professionally and tactfully in liaison role is also necessary
Salary: $25,000 - 35,000
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
