The Community Director is responsible for all operations of the community, focusing on increasing operating income by maintaining an acceptable rate of occupancy within the community maintaining the physical asset, providing for a quality living environment for residents and establishing a positive, productive working relationship with the property staff.
Requirements: 2yrs min Experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Fair Housing Regulations
E-site or MRI experience
Knowledge of MSOffice
Ability to travel if needed
Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
Bilingual - Spanish is a plus
Tax Credit exp. a plus
Valid driver's license and good driving record along with auto insurance required.
