Expanding manufacturing organization is looking for someone to take on the leadership and design of company's Information Technology team.
Will be responsible for strategic design, operations support functions, ERP migration.
Will defines and provide problem resolution for user requirements, utilizing an Information Technology Team who collaborates in developing and implementing innovative and emerging computer applications and technical solutions.
Will develop integrated business systems.
Will have oversight of security, network infrastructure and ongoing risk management - while anticipating future network and/or system needs and identifying proactive solutions to satisfy requirements and/or needs.
Will have oversight of all IT related purchasing and budget usage interfacing with Finance & Accounting to develop annual operating plan budget.
Will oversee management of corporate help desk activities.
Will facilitate the design, implementation, management, and communication of customer focused strategic business plans while partnering with cross-functional groups to ensure delivery of product and services in alignment with goals and business requirements.
Will monitor, maintain, update and develop all standard operating procedures for information systems and operations functions.
Will ensure efficiency and effectiveness regarding customers and suppliers in the development and application of all operations systems to include EDI, Just-in-Time, logistics, broadcast message systems and sequencing.
Will analyze and recommend platforms and cost efficiencies.
Will help establish and build relationships with vendors and clients.
Will ensure continuous process improvement and user satisfaction.
Will lead an ERP System Migration to Cloud
Requirements
Must have a minimum of Bachelors Degree - Masters Degree preferred
Must have a strong understanding of iSeries and/or AS/400 administration and ad-hoc reporting / data analysis.
Needs to have strong ERP migration/implementation experience with prior employer
Must be a proven leader - IT Director experience
Must have had budget responsibility
Must have IT Infrastructure oversight experience
Must come from manufacturing - and prefer multi-site experience
Needs to have EDI and MRP oversight
Pluses would be:
Six Sigma Certifcation
PMP Certification
Automotive manufacturing or supplier experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
