Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule.
1. Coordinate & manage the manufacturing of noncomplex components.
2. Gain basic understanding of drawings, additional knowledge and skills of PTS and Franks management systems.
3. May pull parts from inventory to be used towards projects.
4. Concentrate on various noncomplex manufacturing request.
5. Order materials based on specifications (internal and external) for applicable jobs.
6. Create work orders and LR's to manufacture goods based on input from Project Manager.
7. Coordinator is to outsource equipment/parts following internal quoting guidelines.
8. Coordinate and manage jobs until completion. All jobs to have cost kept throughout the process and totaled at end of job.
9. Gain understanding of different types of materials required for manufacturing components.
1. Requires knowledge of manufacturing processes, effectively a promoted expeditor.
2. Requires knowledge of material grades.
3. Ability to read/use manuals, guidelines, drawings and specifications to perform job duties.
4. Follow and complete all documentation, as required, during the course of work being performed; i.e. routers, work orders, in-house inspection sheets.
5. Time management and organization skills are required.
6. Background/experience in manufacturing and/or a technical degree are a plus.
7. Basic computer skills necessary.
8. Ability to communicate with different levels staff/customers/vendors.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
