Hot Cambridge Start-Up looking for talented Senior/Principal Scientists to join their team and help create and lead early stage R&D strategies for their Gene Therapy product focused on rare diseases! Multiple B.S./M.S. & Ph.D. bench Scientist openings in the following areas of expertise listed below. Title/level will be commensurate with industry experience.

1) Purification
2) Analytical Development
3) Cell Culture/Cell Line Generation

Scientist's responsibilities will range from the creation, development and design of new technology through the scale-up manufacturing of the new therapeutic. In addition, Scientists will assist with the build-out of the lab, prepare, analyze and present technical reports, design experiments and mentor junior research associates as the organization continues to grow.

Requirements:
Bachelor?s or higher in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or a related discipline AND 3
years of industry experience.
MUST have experience working with Biologics.
Gene therapy/AAV experience preferred for Purification & Analytical Development, REQUIRED for Cell Culture focused roles.
