For over 30 years, ITS Technologies and Logistics, LLC has been a proven and successful nationwide leader in professional intermodal services. Our success is based strongly on the positive attitudes, skills and performance of our entire workforce. Due to that success and growth, we are expanding our workforce and are seeking to add two Operation Managers to our Kansas City location.
This position is mainly responsible for assisting in managing the workforce to meet customer needs as well as profitability goals.

1. Responsible for assisting in the entire terminal operations including: safety, administration, maintenance, and productivity
2. Responsible for the training and orientation of all employees and ensures that every employee has the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to perform each task assigned
3. Responsible for problem solving with local railroad officers
4. Enforces and upholds all ITS rules, regulations and policies, issues all disciplinary action
5. Responsible for all administrative tasks related to terminal management
Previous transportation and/or logistics experience preferred
Previous intermodal experience required
