Youth Care Workers Qualifications include:
Dedicated, committed, and passionate about working with immigrant children/youth
Front line in providing direct care/supervision with the youth day in and day out. Helping with such activities as meal times, bed times, school, recreational activities, etc.
Flexible, patient, and caring in daily interaction with the youth at the facility
Speak or understand Spanish
First 7am-3/4PM Intermediate Spanish Proficiency
Second 3pm 11/12AM High Intermediate Spanish Proficiency
Third 12am 7/8 AM Basic Spanish Proficiency
