Description
As a Call Center Agent you will work at the Fort Smith, AR Fleet HQ Call Center and provide service assistance to the commercial trucking industry.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing Service Excellence - Always during all interactions with customers and service providers.
- Facilitating breakdown telephone calls between customers (commercial truck drivers) and service providers.
- Ensuring detailed call information is captured and keyed into computer systems.
- Resolving issues to take care of customers.
- Following prescribed procedures and protocols at all times.
This position operates in an indoor office work environment, therefore minimal exposure to heat and cold is to be expected.
Excellent safety and attendance performance is expected.
Requirements

Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team.
Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision, and be willing to attend appropriate training sessions.
Must be willing to work night shifts and weekends.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
At least two years of previous call center experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred but not required.
Must be familiar with computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and related programs.
Ability to speak Spanish and/or French is desirable but not necessary.


Must be able to pass a background check including employment history, SSN verification, criminal history, etc.
Must be able to pass a physical exam and drug test (hair-based).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
