Project Quality Manager

JOB DUTIES: Review implementation of the Project Quality Plan and defined processes & tools; facilitate root cause analysis (RCA); comply with the contract and local law regulations for Quality scope of work Project CoPQ analysis; implement improvement programs Sales & Tendering Phase; engage in the preparation of the tender; issue the Project Quality Plan and standard inspection and test programs; review and analyze Regulations, Codes and Standards related to Quality; develop and implement a Project Quality audit schedule per internal requirements of the Business and the Quality Management System; inspect and test program (ITP) to the clients in line with MTS deliverables; ensure Site Works Conformance Files are consolidated; archive and transfer Quality documents to Thermal Services; and responsible for Project reviews - Design reviews - Gate Reviews - Constructability Reviews - Shipment of Equipment to site for audits, inspections or visits at supplier premises or on our construction site; use Design of Experiments (DOE) methods to establish project and business processes, improve products and support the continuous improvement; perform Statistical Process Control to include data gathering, detailed statistical analysis using company provided SPC software to established ISO standards; review Nondestructive Test methods and inspection reports in accordance with ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1, ASNT-TC-1A and other national standards as directed by contract requirements; review metallurgical test reports to include chemical analysis and mechanical tests in accordance with ASME, ASTM, and other national standards.
REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field; and 4 years of work experience in job offered or 4 years of work experience in an Engineering-related occupation. Experience must include: Project Management; quality management; Root Cause Analysis (RCA); Non Conformance Reporting (NCR); Qualification in Quality management; Statistical Process Control; Design of Experiments; Nondestructive Testing; Metallurgical Analysis(Chemical Analysis & Mechanical Testing); Power Industry or Oil & Gas Continuous Improvement experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
