Responsibilities:
Managing direct reports: Production shift-supervisors, manufacturing engineers.
Collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering on the development and introduction of new products.
Organize human and capital resources as required to support metric goals and operational plans.
Participate in the development of annual budgets.
Required:
BS degree in a technical discipline.
