Maintenance Supervisor-Manufacturing/Management/RCM

An American global diversified industrial company is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide direction and leadership to the maintenance department's skilled craftsmen in Lexington, KY. This is a 6 month CONTRACT position, with the possibility of extension. Local candidates only, no per diem available. This is a 3rd shift position.
Responsibilities for the Maintenance Supervisor
Assist Maintenance in scheduling and prioritizing work orders
Troubleshoot equipment problems and develop best practice procedures for highly technical equipment such as Salvagnini's and automated foam equipment
Become trained in RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), and use those tools to improve the reliability of the equipment and the diagnostics process for fixing equipment
Track downtown, conduct root cause investigations, and develop comprehensive maintenance plans for each piece of equipment to help maximize OEE.
Requirements for the Maintenance Supervisor
2-year Technical Degree required
2
years Plant / Project, Maintenance Engineering or equivalent experience with a strong background in problem solving and troubleshooting
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software and other software
Experience with machine electrical / electronic control systems
Experience with maintenance optimization such as RCM is a plus
