Job Description Documents current business conditions, supporting planning, benchmarking and metrics and/or system development and implementation to promote sustainable operations and continual improvement with CDM Smith client organizations. Serves as a liaison for stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information and information systems.Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and begins to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Performs conventional performance, operational, technological, and/or
management system assignments with supervision as part of project task (i.e. review and preparation of draft reports, audits, assessments, and development plans). Participates in client meetings, interview sessions and documents outcomes, action plans, and meeting summaries. Collects operational and organizational data and relays project status information to clients. Develops and implements management systems including information management tools, asset management, effective utility management, work management, and other relevant technology systems necessary to support public sector/utilities under the direction of the project manager or task leader. Duties include active involvement in client meetings and workshops, needs assessments, report preparation, organization of project related materials, preparation of project meetings and assists in the design and analysis of systems for collection, analysis, and retention of project related data.
Minimum
Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Systems, or related discipline required. MBA, MPA, or Masters degree in a related discipline is preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years or related experience and a Bachelors degree. Specialized knowledge of management systems; business analyst training/credentials; experience with asset management for water/wastewater utilities; and ability to interpret complex technical information and excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Ability to use Microsoft Word/Powerpoint/Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Visio is required. Knowledge of off-the-shelf CMMS/Asset Management systems is preferred, including Cityworks. Familiarity with ESRI GIS is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
