A client of ours, a well-known, regional, public accounting firm, is searching for an Accounting Manager to manage their outsourced accounting group in Greenville. This is a great opportunity to join a unique and growing division of their firm. This position, which provides for a flexible, team environment with excellent compensation and benefits, limited travel, and room for progression and future opportunity, will work daily with clients, manage a team of accountants, and help with the following:
Receive information from clients to record, reconcile, analyze and prepare adjustments
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compilation reports
Consult with clients on QuickBooks including set-ups and training
Perform accounting functions for clients at client site
Maintain equipment and depreciation schedules for clients
Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax reports and W-2s, sales tax reports, and 1099s
Prepare payroll and submit tax deposits for clients
Develop and maintain client relationships
Job
Qualifications:
4 year degree required, CPA preferred
QuickBooks experience
5-6 years in public accounting
Management experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
