The successful candidate will have a sincere desire to assist and service our client requests via telephone. The candidate should also possess a Bachelor''s degree or equivalent customer service and/or financial services experience, excellent communication and computer skills. Series 6, 63 or 65 and Insurance Producer licenses strongly preferred. We offer full training to prepare you for this exciting role! This position prefers someone bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
