We are a growing and expanding organization and have a career for you! As a Mobile Sales Representative you will be selling mobile phones, plans and accessories. You will also provide customer service support to existing customers and handle the day to day administration of store operations.
We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Retail Sales Representatives at our authorized retail location in Morristown, Tennessee.
Key
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sale's quotas through the sale of mobile phones and accessories, cross selling and retention of current customers.
Provide excellent customer service to customers, answering product and service questions, handling payments and resolving issues and concerns.
Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of the available mobile products and related price information in order to guide customers with their selections and purchase
Troubleshoot products and train customers on their proper use
Document all customer interactions to maintain compliance with organization's quality assurance initiatives
Responsible for store opening and closing procedures
Primary Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in the cellular phone industry and knowledge of various phone features highly desired
Must be passionate about achieving sales goals and have a proven history of meeting quotas
Outgoing friendly personality and a strong desire to help others is a must
Possess excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues of all demographics
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to effectively multitask while maintaining good attention to detail
Must be able to work an irregular schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays
