Reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Finance Manager - Diligence & Integrations will be responsible for leading the accounting due diligence and back-office integration activities associated with the Company's acquisitions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Work with Corporate development, business unit finance and corporate accounting team members on proposed deal structure and diligence.
Coordinate accounting diligence and accounting integration activities for all proposed transactions with the corporate accounting team and any necessary external parties.
Lead finance integration post-deal closing, including process mapping, accounting policy harmonization, G/L and treasury integration, and finance input on systems integration.
Act as interim finance leadership at acquired targets where necessary.
Assist with special projects, as needed
Manage one direct report
Requirements:
BS in Accounting or Finance
CPA / MBA strongly preferred
5 - 8 years experience in a finance / accounting environment, ideally with acquisition or other transaction experience
Demonstrated strong project management skills and the ability to influence others
Oracle and Hyperion knowledge preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Deadline-oriented with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
Travel will be required with this role, up to 50% during peak times. Amount of travel will be dependent on deal volume and integration complexity.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
