Part Time Administrative Assistant Needed

A Dynamic IT Company is in search of a qualified Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with QuickBooks, ready and willing to learn new software platforms, multi-task and be able to accurately organize and document information. This role is primarily to assist the Office Manager with day to day tasks. Some responsibilities are below. We are seeking someone to work on site in two of our offices that are close in proximity with time split 60% at the home office and 40% at the main office. The right fit will be able to thrive in a minimally structured environment.
Responsibilities include:
Working with the Office Manager to keep employee time records up to date
Working with the Office Manager to send 30-60-90 day past due invoice reminders for all clients
Keeping track of bill payments for the office as they come in
Documenting and Filing all bills once paid
Working with the Office Manager to get invoices created, edited and sent out
Organizing both office locations, both physically and electronically
Getting all new hire paperwork filled out and filed
Managing internal inventory as needed
Managing Calendar and Contacts for the head of the company
Managing the documentation flow for the head of the company
AnyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
