ATS is seeking a
full-time administrative professional
to manage our company's administrative needs in running the headquarters office in
Fairfax, VA
, including all aspects of administration, logistics, facilities, reception, and executive level secretarial work. The position reports directly to the CEO. Mornings are usually occupied with handling calls, general reception duties and preparing the office for the day's work, while afternoons are typically available of other tasks and special projects.
The position will coordinate executive support for the senior leadership team and general administrative support for the rest of the staff. Approximately 1/3 of the staff is based in the Fairfax location. As the company expands, we expect to open other offices in the region.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible)
What You'll Do:
Handle service requests for the suite and coordinate regular maintenance needs
Schedule and supervise contractors and vendors serving the office (copier, water service, etc.)
Answer a multi-line phone system; transfer and screen calls as needed
Meet and greet clients and other visitors
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Oversee supplies inventory and stock the kitchen and supply room
Assist in coordinating on-site meetings
Assist HR with interview coordination
Pinch hit for other departments as needed (e.g. light filing, contracts administration, etc.)
ProvideEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
