Overview:
Provide technical support for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including customer service for the internal and external user population, and the evaluation of new processes, procedures, and ATS products.
Specific Duties:
-Maintain integrity and accuracy of the ATS database
-Solve Human Resource's challenges related to table data and provide suggestions and/or guidance on how to process data
-Provides one on one and group support to internal users: HR Recruiters, HR Managers, HR Generalists, HR Coordinators, Hiring Managers, and Executives and external users: candidates (internal & external)
-Administer HR systems security to ensure accurate functionality for users
-Perform analyses, develop solutions to business problems/opportunities, and document requirements as it relates to the ATS
-Document process improvements and opportunities in a format that can easily be used by HR Staff
-Serves as a liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology
-Develop training documentation and deliver end user training
-Respond to inquires that come through the Application Assistance Hotline and Application Assistance email
-Regularly run the suspect duplicate report and merge candidates who are in the system multiple times
-Meet regularly with the ATS Software Solution Vendor when there are outstanding issues that have not been updated in the system
-Attend training sessions and meetingsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
