is an independent organization that specializes in providing training and consulting services. Our mission is to assist manufacturers in increasing productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. Much of our work involves small to mid-sized manufacturing clients. Currently, there is 1 open position for a full-time Continuous Improvement Manager. ANSI Certified in Food Safety would be highly desirable.
Position
Summary:
This position is responsible for managing the entire food initiative at MMTC. This position also manages the project team specializing in operational efficiencies clients in the food industry. A key aspect is providing executive level coaching. The Continuous Improvement Manager must possess the knowledge & skill-set working with C level management with capabilities to conduct an assessment of a food manufacturer.
Job
Responsibilities:
Manage the Food Processing Initiative at MMTC.
Assess client organization and write fully comprehensive reports.
Deliver sensitive assessment reports to client management in a professional manner.
Responsible to coach the client team and provide overall guidance in order to attain stated results using Operational Efficiency Lean, Quality and Safety tools and techniques.
Must be open-minded to change, be creative, and be a strong listener when interfacing with internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
Manufacturing background andEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
