Requirements:

years of interactive design experience with a portfolio to show for it
Understanding of UI/UX and the difference between it and visual design
Ability to take concepts then visually implement the idea in multiple formats for smartphones, tablets and desktop.
Great understanding of design heuristics and techniquest of user-centered design
Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Visio/Omnigraffle, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
