PART TIME EVENING POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR A CLEANING FLOATER
$9.00/HOUR
Floaters do what the name suggests: they float different cleaning positions on a day-to-day basis as needed. We clean at many facilities throughout the Appleton area and our floaters help us by filling-in open cleaning positions until we can find permanent employees. This involves working at a variety of locations and situations but usually at only one location each day night . We will train you on each of the cleaning roles that you will perform.
As a result of this extra responsibility, Floaters earn more per hour than our general cleaners, but must be willing to work wherever we need them and in whatever role. Floaters typically work 3-5 hrs/night, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage.
To qualify, you must be able be able to perform continuous physical activity at a reasonable pace, including walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting and carrying (up to 40 pounds). Typical duties include trash removal, dusting, spray-cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning of restrooms.
All candidates must pass a criminal background check and E-Verify social security number verification.
