Coordinates, plans, and schedules projects, travel, and company and business-related events with minimal or no direction
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
Leads administrative aspects of calendar management for leadership and team with minimal or no supervision
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
Provides financial and business data management for specified area
Supports leadership and the company
Utilizes business and process knowledge to construct electronic, verbal, and written communications for leadership
Minimum Qualifications;
o 3 years administrative experience
o Experience interacting with all levels of leadership
o Experience handling confidential information
o Demonstrated experience with professional communication (both written and verbal)
o Demonstrated experience and knowledge utilizing Microsoft Office
Additional Preferred Qualifications
o 1 year Walmart experience
o Demonstrated presentation skills - presenting to a large or small group.
o Administrative Assistant Professional Certification
o Demonstrated experience developing PowerPoint presentationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
