Job Description:
As the International Staff & Volunteer Coordinator, you'll manage and coordinate both the multi-national leadership training program and the Snow Mountain Ranch (SMR) Volunteer Program. This including being the on-site contact person for all SMR International staff.

Salary: $27,000 - $29,000
Additional Compensation Details:
This is a full time, year round, hourly position paying $13 to $14.15/hour with full benefits including health/dental/life insurance, vacation/PTO, participation in the YMCA retirement plan, comp nights at both Estes Park Center and Snow Mountain Ranch, and a YMCA of the Rockies family membership. Year round employees also have access to other employee perks including free skiing/mountain biking/golfing (dependent on season and resort) at Eldora Mountain Resort, Winter Park Resort, Granby Ranch, and Steamboat.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
