Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to Polaris Acceptance customers within a designated portfolio. You will be the primary contact for new and existing programs and services, developing and strengthening these critical business relationships.
Customer & Quality Focus:
Serves as the customer service contact for portfolio of wholesale loan customers
Develop and maintain a professional relationship with assigned accounts
Essential Responsibilities Provide support to all phases of a transaction after financial closing including construction, conversion to term financing, operations and financial monitoring, analyzing requests for consents and waivers, restructures of troubled account, documentation and closing.
Analyze and/or develop detailed financial models and projections.
Conduct industry/company research, including risk analysis.
Perform valuation analysis for projects and companies.
Participate in portfolio review for distressed accounts.
Responsibilities include:
Formulation and report-outs of strategy for recovery/ restructuring and progress against such strategies.
Developing an audit sampling process to identify high-risk relationships and processes to review on a periodic basis.
Routinely audits credit files to ensure data integrity, proper underwriting and compliance with company policies.
Develop strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional financing or re-financing.
Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree with two years of experience (or High School diploma/GED and six years of experience) in commercial underwriting, auditing or portfolio management.
Eligibility Requirements:

4-year degree preferred
2-3 years customer service and collections experience preferred
