Summary:
Are you a recent college graduate? Are you looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a Fortune 150 company? We are looking for a well round college graduate that has a four year business degree with either a Management of Information Systems/Computer Science minor or proven strong analytical skills. This unique position bridges IT and the Business departments.
The challenge will be to learn the application, understand our business processes for the business to business side of Staples, and find creative ways to improve how our North American Sales Organization uses technology to do business.
Responsibilities:
through internal training and mentoring
Learn the Scrum software development methodology and work as a member of a Scrum team
Learn the business processes supported by the Scrum team you are a member of
Work closely with Product Managers to understand the business needs
As you learn and grow, work with team members to perform technical analysis, and develop solutions to support our business partners
Your creativity, ingenuity and willingness to learn will be the only limit to what your responsibilities will be as you learn and grow
## Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Management Information Systems
Preferred
Qualifications:
Must exude a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritize issues under pressure
Manage and improve processes, contribute to process improvements
Able to analyze problems and present technical solutions
Sound communication skills (with internal team members and external business partners)
Solid organizational skills
