Our main clients are usually residential homeowners between the ages of 28 to 60. This position needs someone who has excellent people skills, a strong personality, sales experience, construction field background A MUST, the ability to multi-task, computer experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office, great organizational skills, and is a team player. Responsibilities: Getting Leads Estimating the job Data Entry Selling the job Following Up with clients Establishing relationships with clients/vendors/others Tagging (marketing) Attending Chamber of Commerce meetings weekly Communicating all aspects of the job to Foreman and/or Craftsmen Organization of all estimates / jobs Position Provided With: Company Vehicle Company Laptop Marketing Tools (Business Cards, Door Tags, Handouts) Company Offers: Base salary
