Person assists in the development, maintenance and execution of application provisioning processes for the business. Assists with team members in assisting the delivery of infrastructure services to the business; works within the framework of established operating procedures and in close cooperation with the Lead Network Analyst in troubleshooting and maintaining of network systems and servers to assure operational availability.
Essential Responsibilities
Works with application owners in establishing SOPs in application provisioning ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are being maintained.
Assists in maintaining Enterprise level Windows / UNIX network infrastructure including: servers, network administration and planning, storage administration and support, backup and restore procedures and troubleshooting.
Coordinates with other resources as needed to implement changes to infrastructure environment and resolve outages.
Servers as Lead technical contact for support regarding peripheral technologies such as Video Conferencing, Scanning, Printing and Telecom.
Qualifications/Requirements Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and minimum 1 year of IT experience or in lieu of degree High School Diploma/GED and minimum 3 years of IT and Telecom experience
Minimum 1 year of Telecom experience (expereince with Avaya or Cisco preferred)
