Objective - Support key marketing and sales initiatives, support Product Manager, TOBI/TOBI Podhaler
Deliverables:
Marketing - Focus on digital / non-personal promotion. Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistency in execution of brand strategy and increase ROI of New Commercial Channel initiatives
Sales - Engage field leadership to ensure alignment of resource allocation against priority segments and measure impact of commercial field initiatives
Business Impact
Increase alignment of resources to priority targets (i.e., reach/frequency, peer-to-peer, samples etc.) including Tier 1 or Tier 2 HCPs
Identify and execute priority Digital initiatives

Key Must Have Competencies/Experiences
Sales or marketing pharma experience
Top 25% in academic and/or professional experience
Proven track record of having impact in rapid turnaround situations i.e., high learning agility
Preferred Competencies/Experiences
