Description: They are in need of two strong Business Analysts that will be working on B2B related projects that support their customers'' online care, billing, and account management eCommerce channels. This site see''s high traffic on a daily basis and we will be seeking candidates who have experience working on complex & cross functional projects.
Responsibilities:
Gathers and understands business needs, determines, documents, and prioritizes requirements from the business and presents these requirements in a manner that is agreeable, measurable, and flexible
Manages the organization and documentation of business requirements to ensure the project team develops and implements solutions that meet customer needs and minimize defects prior to implementation
Assists in the development of functional, conceptual, and logical design specifications
Candidates must be very strong with the following:
Creating business use cases while working with a cross functional team
3-5 years of business analysis ideally in an eCommerce or IT related environment
1-2 years of Project Management experience
Demonstrated interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills
Must be able to translate requirements in a manner in which internal and external customers can understand; but also in a manner in which development teams can understand
Strong understanding of various software development methodologies such as traditional Waterfall, Agile, and Extreme programming
Must be comfortable working with end customers
Must be willing to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
