Summary:
This position will be responsible to lead new initiatives using the Oracle HR modules and to support and improve upon our existing configurations and setups for current modules.
_Major
Responsibilities:_
Provide Oracle HRMS subject matter expertise to assist the current functional team in support of existing HR modules such as OLMS, Compensation Workbench, Manager Self Service and Absence Management.
Dissect business problems, processes and opportunities and be able to translate into requirements and recommend solutions that are consistent with HR Road Map and IT initiatives.
Lead Human Resource and Payroll application support teams on mission critical maintenance, support and enhancements for clients using Oracle EBS suite R12.
Assist end users with use cases, develop test plans, test scripts and working directly with functional team to complete.
Support and develop new Oracle workflows using OAM, personalizations, fast formulas, and extensions
Be able to complete technical work as required including changes to PL/SQL, alerts, and interfaces.
Develop new reporting solutions to streamline business processes through the use of Oracle Discoverer.
Complete projects using Oracle AIM methodology.

Qualifications
3-6 years of Oracle HR Experience
Functional and configuration hands-on experience in HR Core modules (Oracle Workflow, Compensation Workbench, Manager and Employee Self Service, Learning Management, Absence Management)
Knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes, and their legislative governance;
Oracle EBS skills including requirements gathering, configuring, risk identification, issue resolution and communications at all client levels
Technical capabilities include basic SQL scripts and understanding of the PL/SQL Language.
Experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle Application Framework
Working knowledge of Discoverer for report development.
Wllingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required
