Job Description:
Volt is partnering with a leading semiconductor company looking for a Project/ Program Manager that will provide support to their Sales Channels partners, distributors, and resellers of our software. This candidate will need to support the channel through their order processes, ordering software from the client, and delivering product and license keys to their customers. The PM will need to process returns and refunds to channels and generate a variety of sales and returns reports. This PM will need to be competent business-savvy clerical person with experience in purchasing, order management or related business field.
This is an estimated 6 month contingent position in Hillsboro, Oregon offered through Volt Technical Resources. Volt is among the largest staffing companies in the nation specializing in contingent and direct hire placement; supporting many of the industry leaders in IT, Engineering, and Aerospace.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail, especially as pertains to working with software tools to manage transactions and sales numbers in Excel spreadsheets.
Business experience in computer hardware or software sales or a related business.
Experience with computerized tools to handle sales purchasing or other related business transactions.
Expert user of spreadsheets or other related business transactions.
Expert user of spreadsheets to analyze business transactions and generate financial and sales reports.
Experience with customer support tools or customer relationship management software such as Salesforce Service Cloud.
Bachelor's in Business Degree:
5
years of experience as Project/Program Manager
