The Nike Digital Studio (NDS) provides a competitive advantage to our creation teams by fueling product innovation and craft by leveraging the power of modern technologies, skills and services.
We bring functional expertise to explore and define opportunities for our product creation teams. We also prototype and guide the implementation of the solutions we define. These solutions range from 3D simulation to interactive experiences.
As Producer, you will manage all aspects of your projects. Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will also assist in monitoring studio production processes overall, ensuring that projects are progressing efficiently, effectively and per timeline, budget, and business need. Success is defined not only as on time and on budget, but meeting business requirements in a way that demonstrates creativity, a high-level of quality and, most importantly, supports the desired user experience.
Responsibilities:
Point-person for assigned projects, leading day-to-day project activities
Guide internal, multi-disciplinary teams and potentially external partners to create world-class products and services.
Maintain all project documentation and specifications for your projects, including schedules, staff plans and presentation materials
Contribute to and manage standards for documentation
In addition to mastery of fundamental project management skills, the Producer will exhibit the desire to:

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent required
Experience (5-7 years) as a producer in a video game, interactive media, and/or software development environment
Experience managing and facilitating collaboration among diverse skill sets, including designers, technologists and marketers
Experience in a digital innovation and/or rapid prototyping environment is a strong plus
Familiarity with modern elements of digital projects, such as: user experience design, rapid prototyping, 3D modeling, simulation, data visualization
Experience in an Agile or Scrum development environment is a plus
Effective presentation and communication skills as evidenced by ability to develop presentations and speak to large audiences including senior level executives
Experience with contracts, including review and negotiation of Statements of Work
Experience working with premium brandsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
