St. Ambrose University seeks an energetic, relationship oriented person of committed faith to direct co-curricular service and social justice programming through the Catholic Campus Ministry department. Reporting to the Director of Campus Ministry, responsibilities include advising students in advocacy for social justice issues, promoting the tenants of Catholic social teaching, planning and overseeing service trips and on-going service experiences and building relationships with community partners. The successful candidate must have at least a Bachelor Degree in theology, social work or a related field, and experience in ministry, education, volunteerism, or advocacy work. Ability to work in Catholic campus ministry and to collaborate well with faculty, staff and community partners is essential. St. Ambrose is an independent, comprehensive, and Catholic diocesan university firmly grounded in the liberal arts. The position is open until filled.
