Job Description:
Minimum of 4 years of Experience in Core Java and J2EE technologies, Java Server Side applications STRUTS and SPRING, RAD, SQL, JSP, Websphere, MQ, Oracle, JDBC, Shell Scripts,, JMS, UNIX Shell Scripts, Windows and UNIX
Experience in tools like IBM RAD , Rational Rose, Rational Clear case, Rational ClearQuest, PLSQL Developer, OPUS and Opcon.
Experience and expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including collection of requirements, documentation of specifications, application design, implementation and support.
Works with Track Manager to assess project scope and provides estimates for project timelines and cost feasibility as necessary.
Excellent Knowledge of systems architecture, application development life cycle, and data modeling
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and can work with many different layers of management and project teams
Experience supporting a full lifecycle project
Work closely with Development Manager in communicating issues that may impact the execution of the project.
Analyzes, defines and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks, controls and outputs
Maintains a detailed knowledge of the business-s current technology and infrastructure
Provides production support as necessary
Strong functional skills in Integrated Eligibility Systems
