Position Description:
We are seeking a SAP Functional SD Analyst to support a large growing enterprise.
Key Points
o Current needs for business applications are:
- SAP SD - order-to-cash, sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, pricing, customer master, make-to-order sales, stocked products, configurable products, decentralized warehouse
o Develop As-Is documentation of existing processes. Identify weaknesses in the current process and propose improvements.
o Document business requirements in collaboration with business departments.
o Analyze business processes and data requirements for more detailed descriptions of requirements.
o Evaluate requirements and calculate work effort.
o Consult with the business and work with integrated teams to find new solutions.
o Conduct interviews with business partners as well as organize and conduct workshops with user groups.
o Ensure compliance with legal and / or company-specific requirements for IT systems.
o Ensure that IT functionality meets business process requirements.
o Participate in RFP / RFQ processes. Support execution of external selection process.
o Mange external vendors. Collaborate with external vendors on projects.
o Lead and drive projects. Prepare and maintain detailed project plans.
o Lead and facilitate project teams in process design and definition of the target processes.
o Design and demonstrate prototypes.
o Create Functional Specifications and verify requirements traceability. Review Design proposals created by third-parties.
o Lead integrated team to implement, test and document system changes using best practices.
o Participate in IT projects following IT standards for concept development, documentation of requirements and design of IT specifications.
Position Requirements
o Bachelor Degree or higher preferable (experience may be substituted for qualifications)
- SAP SD - order-to-cash, sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, pricing, customer master, make-to-order sales, stocked products, configurable products, decentralized warehouse
- Salesforce.com - quotes, opportunities, leads, customers, accounts, contacts, pricing, campaigns
o Excellent understanding of business processes and ability to explain process issues to non-technical people
o Strong cross application background
o International experience beneficial or German Speaking Skills.
