Job Description
Provides support to corporate and business line applications and databases. Applies knowledge of the business line and knowledge of the system technology --Fiserv/LoanServ-- to business problem solving.
Identifies ways to customize and enhance current business applications to meet the functional needs of the business.
User Support - acts as liaison between system users and IT and/or Vendor. Answers questions and troubleshoots
Assists and develops test plans for all phases of system changes, conversions and projects to ensure implementation meets all requirements and does not affect overall system functionality.
Works cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives, improve processes, and research and resolve issues
May participate as subject matter experts on strategic initiatives involving system support.
Adds financial value to company by analyzing company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results of the company.
Provides assistance to team members and may assume a lead role within projects
Accountabilities are moderately complex, broad in scope, and multi-faceted.
Helps senior management by giving insightful and pro-active reporting and analysis and various corporate and business line initiatives.
Job Requirements
4 year degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years related experience required-- proficiency inFiserv/LoanServ preferred
Qualifications
Excellent communications, problem-solving and decision making skills.
Must be able to relate technical solutions to operational issues.
Core banking/mainframe systems knowledge is preferred.
Database design and support experience (Oracle and/or Access) is preferred.
Strong organization, planning and coordination skills.
Knowledge of systems testing procedures and practices
can be grade 7/8 depending on experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
