Humana is seeking a Market Management Analyst to collect multi-faceted data, analyze information, make recommendations, drive decisions, and implement and execute on recommendations.
Provide business analysis by segment, product, funding, intermediary, duration, etc.
Perform specific analyses to support business decisions.
Develop annual membership and revenue (premium and fees) budgets by segment and product.
Provide routine and ad hoc analyses of budget versus actual and year over year results.

## Qualifications
Role Essentials
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
Prior health insurance experience
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Access.
Role Desirables
Familiarity with Humana's operating systems
Experience working with Oracle/SQL
Prior work history in a fast paced sales environment or market office
Reporting Relationships
You will report to a Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
