This is our direct-client is looking for an IT Specialist - Plymouth, IN. This is a contract to hire / Full time permanent position. The salary offered is $40-50K/yr for direct hire and for contract to hire the hourly rate is DOE.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in all of the following:
Active directory, print and file services administration
PCs and hardware support Windows XP, Windows 7, MS Office
MS Exchange POP/SMTP
Microsoft RDP
TCP/IP networking, Fax servers and scanning facility
VM-Ware
Basic office skills and abilities, solid team-player, interaction with colleagues, team members and other department staff as well as management and executives in a professional office setting.
Good oral and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate clearly and accurately with clients, colleagues and staff.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Ability and willingness to learn new and/or proprietary applications and programming environments as required.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Multi-tasking abilities, along with ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility regarding tasks and assignments; ability to work overtime, evenings and weekends when requested or needed.
Additional skills and abilities preferred, but not required:
CISCO routers, switches and firewall administration
CISCO Call Manager and Unity Connection administration
DB SQL
SAPEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
