Record Support Team, providing technical and functional support for St. Mary''s of Michigan Saginaw & Standish Hospitals, and St. Joseph''s Health System, Tawas City.

Ability to fulfill the requirements of On Call rotations as applicable
Ability to fulfill the requirements of travel between facilities
Willingness to reside within a commutable distance of Saginaw, Tawas, or Standish

### RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, test and provide support for ordersets, computerized order entry, and clinical documentation (and other EHR related requirements)
Design, support, enhance, and maintain the functionality of the Sunrise Electronic Health Record.
Work closely with our end users and other Sunrise team members to define the clinical and operational requirements for new development and future enhancements
Support the EHR needs specific to the Emergency Department Physicians and Clinicians and other applications related to Meaningful Use requirements.
Coordinate and perform tasks associated with software and hardware upgrades as it relates to the application and user impact
Understand and document customer requirements for changes and enhancements and follow change control procedures.
Follow AHIS Project Management and Change Management methodology
Understand ARRA Meaningful use requirements for Stages 1 - 3 as they are published and be able to translate these requirements into system solutions
Analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge to system issue documentation, investigation and resolution including vendor and customer communicationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
