OurSystem Administratorcareer path provides you with an opportunity to work with Information Technology professionals in a dynamic environment. As a System Administrator for the firm, you will ensure the successful execution of all engagements including evaluating strategic business issues, identify requirements, create business case justifications, and propose appropriate enterprise solutions.
Our System Administrators possess:
Extensive experience with building and supporting virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare) infrastructure
Extensive experience with building and supporting Citrix Enterprise Solutions
Hands on experience with support in mid-to-large Active Directory Global Architecture
Knowledge of design, build and implementation of core infrastructure applications; DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and LDAP
A working knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting such as design, implementation and deployment as it relates to global infrastructure systems and applications
Strong problem solving skills, adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownershipAdditional Information:
CH2M HILL will not sponsor a work visa (e.g. H1B, etc.,) to fill this position.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 6 years experience supporting Windows Server 2008, 2012 as a system administrator within an Enterprise environment.
At least 6 years of experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of large and complex applications
Experience with Microsoft Directory Services, Global Policy Object application architecture.
Experience with building and migrating Citrix Enterprise Solutions
Experience with building and operating large VMWare and Hyper-V implementations on a global scale.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
8
years of intensive experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of large complex applications
Experience with Microsoft Office Communicator Server & LYNC
Experience with Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration and Threat Management Gateway
Experience migrating from Windows Server 2003 domain to Windows 2008 domain
Strong organization, analytical, and problem solving skills
Strong documentation skills including experience writing proposals and statements of work
Experience with Forms Based Authentication, NTLM/Kerberos a definite plus
Knowledgeable of industry best practices in the implementation of complex technical solutions
Excellent client facing and presentation skills
Experience presenting and interacting with executive-level customers
Ability to successfully influence others to meet objectives
Ability to take a consultative approach to solve business problems using technology MCSE Certified
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
