We are enhancing our existing platforms to ensure they comply with the Dodd-Frank reforms and the requirements for operations of Foreign Banking Organizations.
The BA will support analysis and planning needs of Treasury Risk Control for the implementation of the enhancement. This will involve the gap analysis, business requirements specification and planning for governance, interest rate risk management, liquidity risk mainly. The BA will need to work closely with the Risk Control and Treasury Program management teams and leads and subject matter experts for the various project streams.
Business Analysts are organized in product teams, which face off to the key business stakeholders for the respective business areas and take full accountability for defining the scope . This includes prioritization of demand, definition and management of the product roadmap and full accountability for delivery of the roadmap and respective projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Project management and planning, setting and tracking milestones
- Risk management (IRR, liquidity)
- Defining and setting roles/responsibilities amongst stakeholders
- Treasury products and services, documenting and formalizing a limits structure
- Technical applications (ms office, ms project, visio)
- Highly organized, with attention to details
- Strong communication skills, cross functionally (Finance, IT, Treasury, Risk)
- Written specifications, functional and technical
This is a broad, challenging role that requires a combination of excellent business, product and sound IT knowledge, coupled with strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications and
Experience:
- University Degree or Masters in IT/Computer Science or Finance/Economics/Business Administration.
- Excellent Risk Management background
- Strong Business Analysis skills, including gathering requirements and writing functional specifications.
- Experience working on large scale, complex and global projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different audiences and working styles / backgrounds in a global and diverse team.
- Strong initiative and sense of ownership.
- Well structured, very reliable and dedicated; high attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to define and implement pragmatic solutions under pressure where required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
