1.Work very closely with the business, technical, and management teams of both the client and internal teams.
2.Need to have fair understanding of Payer Business Process like Claims, Membership, Provider, etc.
3.Understanding of Provider Contracting and Pricing Pricing is an advantage.
4.Need to have Business Analysis skills like Requirements Gathering, UML modeling, Conducting JAD sessions, and RTM.
5.Need to be able to Build business cases and Helping businesses to identify and document workflows.
6.Need to have understanding on Healthcare Mandates like HIX, ICD10, ACO etc.
7.Validating test cases and test results against requirements.
8.Need to be able to interact with technical teams and offshore teams for functional clarifications.
9.Prepare and execute or review test cases and report the outcomes of the test execution.
