We have an immediate opportunity for a Compensation Analyst to support one of our F500 clients in the Franklin Lakes, NJ area.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Rewards (compensation and benefits), including 10 years or more of progressively challenging roles in employee benefits and compensation; familiarity with global mobility/expatriate management is a plus.

This role will provide analytical and technical compensation and benefits support to Worldwide Total Rewards team. Deliver, coordinate and drive compensation and benefits projects and processes across the Total Rewards Center of Expertise in Franklin Lakes, NJ and Total Rewards Shared Service Center in San Antonio, Texas.

As a key analytical resource to the team, this role will provide analytical and technical compensation and benefits support to Worldwide Total Rewards team based in Franklin Lakes, NJ.
Analyze, develop, and assess the effectiveness of Total Reward Programs
Design and build models, tools, and processes to inform reward program decisions and forecast, report, and/or analyze reward business outcomes; ensuring alignment to global rewards strategy
Conduct in-depth analysis and review local programs as required and support the review of local programs to ensure alignment with global strategy
Support Employee compensation and benefit programs
Support compensation activities, including
Coordinate domestic health and welfare plans, retirement and savings plans and all global plans and programs, including ensuring related websites and tools are kept up to date
Coordinate wellness initiatives, including developing communications, events, scorecards and website configuration
Support the implementation of Total Reward programs and projects
Coordinate and drive compensation and benefits projects and processes across the Global Solution Center (GSC) and Associate Shared Service Center (ASC)
Global coordination of rewards related activities for cross regional projects
Support the participation in rewards surveys
Support global mobility/expatriate activities

Required Skills
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Rewards (compensation and benefits), including 10 years or more of progressively challenging roles in employee benefits and compensation; familiarity with global mobility/expatriate management is a plus.
Strong analytical and project management skills: proficiency in MS Excel, Access and Projects
Working knowledge of US legal and regulatory environment, including, but not limited to ERISA, PPACA, 409(A), 401(a), PPA, MAP 21, and the impact on employee benefit programs
Experience in delivering global rewards programs and annual compensation processes a plus
Evidence of Rewards Continuing Education: CEBS, CBP, or CCP designation preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Global mindset and focus on continuous improvement

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
