Company provides cutting edge liquidation, reverse logistics and comprehensive, global remarketing services to the high-tech industry. The company differentiates itself from other liquidators and other reverse logistics companies by focusing on de-commoditizing the high-tech secondary marketplace by leveraging company''s unique capabilities. Liquidating complex electronics requires comprehensive services that can be tailored to the customer and the profile of the goods liquidated. This company designs solutions to meet the needs of the OEM or Retailer in a manner that will maximize recovery, minimize risk, and efficiently turn assets into cash. ======================================================================== Facts and Issue: Currently running Sage ERP MAS 200 (Version ) Using as a full ERP system Inventory driven Receive in many items into inventory at cost. Many warehouses within the system. Transferring items between warehouses common. All inventory items tracked by vendor, buyer, PO, item, SKU, serial #. Sales orders prepared and picked packed and shipped out of inventory and invoiced to our customer. RMA common. Grade changes between items. Currently we have a SQL server database that is doing nightly pulls from the MAS 200 tables. That data is used to run reports. There is not data integrity or reconciliation or audit reports to match the data in Mass200 to the SQL database. Currently we have no owner of the SQL database as the architect has left the Company We need someone to come in and look at the database and see the tables it is pulling information from and validate. We want to be able to update the tables to match the canned MAS reports. As an example the all inventory report from the DB and the MAS system is off small amounts monthly Information from the MAS200 tables is falling off the SQL DB tables Assistance with setting up new reports General maintenance of the SQL reports being run
